My vision for relaunching Un Caffe’ Italian Bistro was to create a special bistro and pasticceria (bakery) in Reno where “good friends meet for great food” and where they can “experience the taste of Italy”, comparable to the wonderful espresso bars and trattorias in Rome and Florence. My ultimate goal is to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus that are totally GMO-free. Chef Cheri Rhodes
