Chef Cheri’ Rhodes has created a dessert first served at Un Caffe’. The dessert is the Sambuca Floata scoop of vanilla ice cream topped off with a jigger of dark Sambuca, which is an Italian liqueur. Un Caffe’ is also becoming known for a unique cocktail that Chef Cheri’ created and named the Red Vespa, after the iconic scooter that is parked in front of the restaurant. The Red Vespa comprises equal parts of Proseccco and an Italian liqueur flavored with miniature wild strawberries; it is truly refreshing and delicious. You are invited to come in and try one.
